Turning hobbies into businesses

I have wrote this several times and just can’t help it but if you do what you love, I mean LOVE… you just can’t help but feel a great sense of pride and joy when things slowly start turning back into your favor. If you are an entrepreneur you know exactly what I am writing about but if you don’t, you got to jump into your own enterprise ASAP to feel this first hand! I love woodworking and wanted to get into manufacturing so I launched WoodMarvels.com, I enjoy entertainment mixed with photography so I launched DreamClue.com and I absolutely love challenging people to be far more than they accept themselves to be and soon, very soon… LegendaryLife.com will finally be made available to the public. To track all the traffic between my various sites, I use another tool that I developed, Buzvia.com which is, like the other sites, gathering some steam as well! Generally, I believe in giving the tools to people to empower their lives, taking away their excuses for not doing so.

The long road behind and ahead of me

I have been actively practicing entrepreneurship for the past 15 years, from a small paper route to various online properties with several ideas in the pipeline as well. The road behind me is full of huge ups and downs as, I am sure, the one ahead of me but if you do what you love because it’s what you really want to do regardless of profits (or lack thereof) then I believe if you work hard enough, things will eventually turn your way. As Bob Parsons of GoDaddy.com says rather often, right at the moment you are at your lowest low, a breakthrough is just around the corner. I have been reading about success, entrepreneurship, business and fitness for as long as I can remember and entrepreneurship has always provided me with an interesting journey.

Creating your own future

There are several things I don’t understand when it comes to human behavior, things I just cannot grasp no matter how much I think about it or have it explained to me and the biggest is people putting other peoples happiness above their own. Nobody can create the life you want for you, there just isn’t any incentive in it, you are doing NOBODY any favors by sacrificing your happiness for somebody elses. If you are happy and transfer it to others, fantastic, and if you can guide them towards success, all the better but sacrificing your happiness and success for somebody else I can’t wrap my head around. You have to start with YOU first, then transfer it onto others. This isn’t selfish behavior, it’s what everybody should do, our world would be so much better if this was practiced more often!

What is addictive about life anyhow?

I think if you are asking yourself this question, you have a problem that needs to be solved in your life. Don’t go to a therapist or read books, go to the gym and change your mental outlook YOURSELF. External input into an internal problem can’t solve a problem… it must come from within at both the healing and source level to experience any type of success. Life is a hell of a roller coaster but the price of entry is nothing, sadly, people take this to mean they can take it for granted when, in fact, it should be ridden as often and vigorously as possible. If you have a seasonal pass to Disney World, why not get your moneys worth! That is my view on life, hence, why I can’t get enough of it!
